Dirty Bird Broadhead

PRACTICE/SIGHT-IN PROCESS

When practicing or sighting in with the Dirty Bird Broadhead, use a soft hanging target, such as a pillow, with nothing directly behind it.

When the arrow hits the pillow, the broadhead will stay in the pillow, but the force of the shot will push the pillow backward. This movement can cause the broadhead to make contact with anything directly behind the pillow, even though the arrow does not pass through it.

For safe practice:

  • Hang the pillow so it can swing freely when hit.

  • Make sure there is several feet of clear space behind the pillow.

  • Do not place the pillow in front of walls, trees, buildings, equipment, or other hard objects.

  • Always shoot in a safe direction with a clear background.

The Dirty Bird is a first of its kind, guillotine-style, folding 3-blade broadhead engineered specifically for turkey hunters seeking an aimpoint at the head.

3" Cutting Diameter
Featuring three replaceable blades, the 3" cutting diameter is designed to maximize effectiveness on head and neck shots while maintaining reliable flight performance.

Folding Blade System
Blades stay folded securely while in your quiver and smoothly open when hunt ready, helping maintain blade integrity.

Magnetic Retention
Integrated magnetic retention helps keep blades securely closed during transport, and keeps the blades securely open during flight.

Blunt Tip Design
The blunt tip is engineered to help transfer energy efficiently on direct impact.

Robust Ferrule
Built to sustain heavy impact while maintaining integrity of blades and broadhead straightness.  Also designed with added length to maximize clearance in front of the bow.

125 Grain Weight
Available in 125 grains to help balance speed, accuracy, and strength.

2 Pack with Field Point Included

*DUE THE CLEARANCE NEEDED FOR THIS LARGE BROADHEAD, IT IS ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR DRAW LENGTHS UNDER 31"*

I was worried how it would fly out of my 435 fps crossbow., and they have performed flawlessly. I will never use another broadhead for turkey. Thank you, Chris Bee and G5!!

They fly well and the concept is good but my bullet tip fell off after one shot. I was unable to find it so I'm out $30ish dollars. I reached out to G5 twice via email if the sold a replacement tip and no reply. I reached out to Bee Real and they said they would forward my info on to G5. We'll see but I'm not holding my breath. I'll use a cheaper head next year from a company that stands by their products.

Great new broadhead! After hitting two birds with your competitors broadhead last year and having the blades break, I decided to try the new Dirty Bird. Had this tom come in at about 20 yards and the blade performed perfectly. I also love the ability to fold the blades and put them in my quiver. Total genius! Thanks again for a great product!

Seem to be a great design. Had a broadhead blow up while sighting in with a pillow as instructed. Thought they be stronger, hence the reason I bought spare blades.

Flies true and gets the job done, love that the whole arrow/broadhead can go in the quiver.

Killed my turkey with a complete decap opening morning of archery here in Kansas. Broad-head is still in like new condition after a good cleaning. Blades are sharp.

So far a great broadhead other than the fact that it weighs 130 grains. Not sure how I'm going to be able to tune my arrow. But it's sharp. It looks good. And it functions correctly.

Well to be completely honest I haven't shot it yet. Turkey opens up next month. Tell Chris to send me a more and I will happily test them. Cheers from South Dakota.

Thank you for the great design. I’m now able to carry more Dirty Birds than Bullheads in my Mission Crossbow quiver. It’ll be the first time shooting 125gr broad heads. Looking forward to using them this spring season.
