Shipping policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a wide range of Domestic shipping options to the US.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For orders that are greater than $74.98, Free Standard Domestic shipping will apply. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a vast majority of countries outside of the US.

International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BeeReal Merch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

BeeReal Merch is able to ship to almost any address in the world, including P.O. boxes. 

UPS does not allow shipping to P.O. boxes. If you are shipping your order to a P.O. box please select/expect delivery from USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beerealmerch@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or has a unique circumstance. If you receive a defective item, please contact beerealmerch@gmail.com with details of the product and the issue.
